Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Groups Watcher. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Our Services

Groups Watcher provides lead generation and related business services. The exact scope of what you receive depends on the plan or engagement you purchase. We may update, improve, or change how the Services are delivered over time.

Payments and Billing

Some Services require payment. If you purchase a paid plan or engagement, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or otherwise agreed with us. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds

Certain plans may include a limited refund window. Where a refund is available, the details are set out in our Refund Policy. If a plan is marked as non-refundable, all sales for that plan are final.

Privacy and Use of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use your email address to follow up on your account, answer questions about your plan, request feedback, and send marketing messages about our Services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We may use your phone number for the same kinds of communications. We do not call you without notice. We primarily send text messages, and we give notice before any call. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Groups Watcher without having been told in advance that we would call, treat it as a scam and do not share any information.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to abuse any systems, to conduct or facilitate illegal activity, or to harm anyone. You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• Abuses, overloads, or disrupts our systems or any third party systems
• Harasses, defames, threatens, or harms others

Lifetime Access

If offered, a "Lifetime" purchase provides access for as long as Groups Watcher exists and continues to maintain the relevant service. If Groups Watcher is acquired, discontinues operation, or significantly changes its business, your "Lifetime" access may be affected.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Attempts to compromise our systems or Services
• Abuse of the Services, including excessive usage that disrupts service for others
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Any illegal activities connected to use of our Services

If we detect abuse as outlined above, we may terminate your access and issue a refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Groups Watcher, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Any information obtained through the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
