For the Lead Alerts plan, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked, 100% refund. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Local Service Business plan: no refunds
The Local Service Business plan does not include refunds. All sales for that plan are final.

Refund Timeline: When You'll Receive Your Lead Alerts Plan Refund
For eligible Lead Alerts plan refunds, once we receive your request our team will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
After 7 days from purchase, Lead Alerts plan refunds are no longer available. Local Service Business plan purchases are non-refundable at any time.
Lifetime Access Clarification
"Lifetime" access refers to the product's lifetime, not your human lifetime. You will have access as long as the product is up and running.
Our "Lifetime" subscription plan provides access to the Service for as long as GroupsWatcher exists and maintains the Service. If GroupsWatcher or the Service is acquired by another company, discontinues operation, or significantly changes its business model, your "Lifetime" access may be affected.
For Lead Alerts plan subscriptions, the 7-day refund policy applies. After 7 days, those subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
