For the Professional plan, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked, 100% refund. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
For the Growth plan, there are no refunds. All sales are final.

For eligible Professional plan refunds, once we receive your request our team will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
After 7 days from purchase, Professional plan refunds are no longer available. Growth plan purchases are non-refundable at any time.
"Lifetime" access refers to the product's lifetime, not your human lifetime. You will have access as long as the product is up and running.
Our "Lifetime" subscription plan provides access to the Service for as long as GroupsWatcher exists and maintains the Service. If GroupsWatcher or the Service is acquired by another company, discontinues operation, or significantly changes its business model, your "Lifetime" access may be affected.
For Professional plan Lifetime subscriptions, the 7-day refund policy applies. After 7 days, Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable. Growth plan has no refunds.
