How we attribute your referral

For you to earn the 10 group credits, we need a clear record that the new customer came from you. Either:

• The person you refer leaves a note during signup or onboarding stating that you referred them (include your name and the email on your Groups Watcher account), or
• You email support@groupswatcher.com and tell us you referred them. Include your account email, their name, and their email so we can match the subscription.

What you get

Each referral is 10 credits. That is $1,800 per year of extra groups.

Rules & credit lifecycle

1. Professional plan only. The referred customer must subscribe to the Professional plan for the referral to qualify.
2. Active Professional members only. To refer someone and earn credits, your own account must be on an active Professional plan subscription at the time of the referral.
3. 30 day redemption window. Once we approve your referral and grant 10 group credits, those credits expire within one month if you do not redeem them (for example by requesting specific groups to be added to your plan). After expiry, unused credits are forfeited.
4. While your subscription stays active. After you redeem credits and we add the groups to your account, those extra groups remain available as long as your main paid subscription is active. If you cancel your primary Professional subscription, you lose access to the referral bonus groups along with the rest of the managed monitoring on that account.
5. Public or private. Redeemed credits can be used for public or private Facebook groups.
