We started in 2024 with a Chrome extension. In 2025 we moved toward a managed professional service to give businesses faster alerts better relevance and stronger results.
TLDR
The extension helped us validate demand but it came with hard limits. Users had to run monitoring from their own devices and accounts, speed could lag, and keyword only matching created noise.
